Since 2016, my team and I have been through multiple formats of jewelry business. Started with a small seller on marketplaces like ebay & amazon we found ourselves growing rapidly and built our own factory for silver & gold jewelry manufacturing.
We operated the factory for our own orders and for a little over a dozen of recurring clients. While managing the production capacity I have had developed our proprietary software appilcation to streamline orders and to overlook manufacturing assemble line.
During pandemic when jewelry factory & exports both business were shut, coming from a tech background by education, I did a pivot, and turned into a company providing a web based software-as-a-service exclusively for ebay, etsy and amazon sellers globally. Our Saas helped online jewelry sellers to manage orders, handle billing for vendors, to coordinate with internal team, and providing a basic analytics of business overview.
As most of my now Saas clients were made-to-order jewelry sellers, I extended our design verticle thereby providing jewelry 3d cad model service, which I still continue for selected projects only. Saas model is not functional as of today, however I are committed to launch a simpler version of it sooner for Indian offline retailers.
At ARX Design, we are a modern creative studio specializing in website design and development for jewelry sellers worldwide. Based in Mumbai, serving clients majorly in United States, United Kingdom, Europe and India.
I strongly believe, I continue to learn a lot working with global jewelry clients, and being a jeweler myself our tech service helps my team and I provide better inputs to each of our new client and adds value to pursue their desired goals.
